I can confirm it too. Newly added stop points in a panel are invisible.
However, my old stop points are correctly visible (ok, maybe not ‘correctly’ as they are big and pixelated, but shown anyway)

Lukas Morawietz this idea came to my mind too, and I assume you are probably right.
Danbar Danbar in fact it can happen for every container, the bug is triggered depending on cell size. When the cell size is bigger than twice the standard launcher icon size, it should fail.
I forgot to say that you will have to delete these wrong stop points, there is no way to fix them (except by script maybe…)
