if complete : all is locked except Unlock option with pin confirmation, if not : Add item possible

A complete lock is not possible, simply because there are tons of ways to modify the current setup. What is your goal exactly ?

In the drawer it is not locked. I’ve designed my drawer with dummy folders in background and the app going into when I long press. Could you set the same as in Home : no action when long press ?
About home : could you just remove “add item” when locked. Could be sufficient
