When in edit mode and selecting an item via hierarchy menu it isn’t selected.
When in edit mode and selecting an item via hierarchy menu it isn’t selected. I have an unattached item beneath others. Tried to raise or move it. Selected it via hierarchy menu and choosed geometry editor. Geometry is inactive. Same with z-order.

The geometry editor is only for detached items however, so no geometry editor in the app drawer because it does not support detached items correctly. Well, you may do that through scripts but I don’t know how it will behave exactly… Probably bad.

I have had this issue for awhile, reported it, explained it badly, was misunderstood, so I let it drop until I could better wrap my head around what the issue really was.
