In a previous post, Lukas Morawietz suggested to use a ticketing system to manage bug reports and feature requests. I am glad to announce I just setup an instance of Flyspray, a popular bug tracker. Let’s see how it works, it is located at http://www.lightninglauncher.com/flyspray/.

How to use it?

– bug reports and feature suggestion can be added anonymously, or you can register an account if you want more control and notifications regarding the process.

– for the moment, please continue to post bugs and requests here, then either add a new task in Flyspray yourself, or I’ll do it later. In the future posting could become optional if you think there is nothing to discuss about the bug or request.

– if something is unclear or doesn’t work, please let me know

I have a long list of things to push in Flyspray, I’ll do this the next week, but feel free to add older tickets if you wish.

Once we get used to this new tool, I will update links and procedures so that it becomes the primary and only way to manage tickets.
