How about giving LLX read/write access to a special file in storage?

How about giving LLX read/write access to a special file in storage? It would be great for passing strings between tasker and LLX.

I’ve found a possibility to do so already, but it’s a hack and requires root access, so I’d like to be able to avoid that messy stuff.

If its not to much work could you add an option to this screen to quickly flip an image as you can see I have this icon which is a back arrow but I need it to face the other way. Ran into this a few times but forgot to suggest it. cheers.

Feature Suggestion, Imagine you have 2 widgets on your screen one at the top full width and one at the bottom full width and a big empty space in between them, now you add a folder that opens at the left side of the screen and you want the folder to open between the 2 widgets. To do this we need to keep messing with the dimensions of the folder to get it to fit.

So my suggestion is a quick measuring tool of some kind, or we could set a stop point at one position and then set another one at another position then calculate the pixels between them. maybe change the stop point color so we can see which ones are used for measuring.

Pierre Hébert

Pierre Hébert,

Would it be possible to add a wake lock event?

What I have in mind is when reaching a stop point (for example) a full wake lock could be set, keeping the screen on for a specific panel, screen etc. I assume there would have to be a matching event to clear the wake lock?

I’ve often thought I could make use of this, and just remembered to ask.

What about this suggestion?

What about this suggestion?

In the app drawer two new events:

‘App installed’ triggered when an app is installed

‘App uninstalled’ triggered when an app is uninstalled

Those events are designed to run scripts. If possible also add the label of the installed/uninstalled app that triggered the action as a defined variable or to the LL.getEvent().getData()

This will allow to change the style of that new app instead of change all at load, place the app in a folder automatically, keep a log of recently uninstalled apps…

Josh Gray Pierre Hébert Here’s the Color Scheme Chooser mock-up.

Josh Gray Pierre Hébert Here’s the Color Scheme Chooser mock-up. Quick and simple. Tap the left box to choose from palette, tap right box to manually pick color. Color Scheme could be edited / switched via a top right edit button. Or a single color could be changed by long tapping it; Color Picker shows up.

Working a lot with PowerPoint I thought Color Schemes would be a great addition to LL.

(In follow-up to Josh Gray ‘s suggestion regarding color picker >> https://plus.google.com/113418323387583377848/posts/28pYQWzeQu3 )

I mean: in addition to the usual color picker, it would be possible to choose an indexed color from a color palette (of like 16 or 32 colors). Let’s say one could define color at index 0 for background, at index 1 for main text, index 2 for accent, index 3 for header background etc.

Defined at desktop’s level (no necessity for container level, just like PowerPoint or Word), it would be easy to change a whole setup’s look by simply switching the palette/scheme — as said, just like in PowerPoint. Darkness becomes Light, Lead becomes Gold etc.

Changing palettes should be possible by script also. Think of palettes for Dawn, Day, Dusk, Night — combined with a simple scheduling script = awesomenesss^3.

Palettes could be saved with a template, like Styles. Import/export in JSON-format would be great, too, but not a must.

Pierre Hébert , I know you’re little on time, but let’s hear your opinion. There’s still the open “inheritance” topic and I think Color Schemes would to a great extent be a proper exchange.
