Hello everybody, I’m a new user of LL extreme and would know how to call another page from the home page through an LL action on a button (icon) or : from a button inside an home panel to another page panel? I’m not sure my question is clear enough as English is not my mother tongue 😉

Suggestion: How about an option when long press the background (the launcher menu) of a panel while in edit mode to edit the panel in full screen?

The preview of the settings show it in full screen, so…why not? Would it be possible?

Hate to throw another feature request at you today but would it be possible to have a folder open “from location.” By that I mean a folder opening from where it is being pressed. This would really only benefit the sliding animations. In my head it seems doable with my limited coding in other languages but no clue how hard it would be for Android.

I first thought about specifying a position for it to open from but thought that might confuse people just getting use to llx. Personally I’d love to be able to specify a “starting location” as this would be a small addition with big benefits while using the sliding animation for folders.

Status off:

Coming out of apps sometimes will show status bar. Iirc it’s rectified with pressing back, or home.

Now, with status bar always on, when coming out of fullscreen apps, home screen goes to far down briefly (sticks out below the screen), then redraws to fit screen area available.

Is it possible to setup a desktop “toddler-proof”?

Is it possible to setup a desktop “toddler-proof”? i.e. disable menu, home and back buttons. The “return to normal desktop” icon can be placed far from the home screen with a difficult gesture to activate. Home screen will just contain toddler games.

Warning:

Warning:

In the latest betas, I found that big items (I only tested with dummy items with background pictures) make a lot of lag when the ‘holo’ selection is active.

For some reason ‘holo’ is not as fast as ‘plain’, so please keep both until you discover the problem.

I don’t have steps, but try to make a desktop with a lot of items/widgets and then make a full-screen item with custom background images. Hope you discover the problem.
