Hi, I’m not sure if this qualifies as a bug, my apologies if the post is going to the wrong place. I’ve been using LL for between 1 and 2 years, currently on my Galaxy Note 4, and it’s worked great until this problem cropped up. If I long press on the screen, then click on the pencil icon to edit, LL freezes. Eventually I get message that LL has stopped working. I can then select it as the launcher again and it works, until I attempt to press the pencil icon again. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and found that it works fine until I restore from my backup, when the problem appears again. I’m not sure how to interpret that, my guess is that there’s a configuration file that’s broken. All other features / functions in LL work fine.

Any thoughts on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

    Do you have last LL version (12.8)? What version is your android?

    Android is 5.1.1; LL is 12.8 – I just updated this morning.

    Indeed, it sounds more like an issue with app data (a bug in the app) than a firmware issue/conflict. Would it be possible for you to share your backup?
