1. Motif: Masking problem with unthemed icons.
2. Placid HD: Same as above
3. Minimalist: error: This iconpack has no app table. Can’t apply.
4. MIUI5: This applies, but the unthemed icons stay from previous pack with MIUI background.
Overall, the problem is with themes that have masking feature even for the unthemed icons. Motif, placid and miui5 does this. I don’t matter if the pack doesn’t have an app’s icon, it masks its default icon with a custom background so, all the apps look similar.

Tiny white can’t apply

I’ve no problems with tiny white, indeed it’s the one that I use the moment. Although I have problems with a modified tiny white icon pack that some guy developed, with larger icons (same issue as Emre Erdogan , I think, the icon pack appears in the list of compatible with ADW icon packs, but there is no icon there, it’s empty). Anyway, LL is so powerful that I get the same effect, by using the original tiny white icon pack and configuring inner scale. Until now, there is nothing that LL hasn’t allowed me to do, in terms of configuration. Keep it on, Pierre Hébert !

Emre. Icon packs that are not compatiblewith adw does not appear in the list to apply icons. I have a lot of icon packs for nova that are not compatible with lighting unfortunely

Hey Gustavo, I’m aware of that, but you see some like nox are adw compatible. And this issue – imho – is very important for a custom launcher, especially one with the capabilities of LLX.

Emre Erdogan , Gustavo Luis Soto I am currently looking at icon packs. Today I changed the way the icon effect is applied. Specifically the effect (scale, background, mask, over) is now applied only to icons that don’t have a matching icon in the pack. There are other things to do, such as extending support for packs that are not ADW compatibles or other issues, but I would like to progress one step at a time. Would it be possible for you to test modifications through the beta channel and give me your feedback (what has been improved – or not -, what is the next most important issue, etc.) ? I didn’t published any new beta yet, but if you want to give it a try I can do it soon.
