I’ve mentioned this before, but I think it would be a really great idea to make it possible to open a folder window outside of being in the launcher. Like I am a fan of using the swipe up from the home button for Google now to open a separate little app drawer, but as you know right now if you do that when you close the window it takes you back to the launcher. I just think it would be a really cool options I’m not sure how much work it would be on your behalf or if it would even be possible.

Actually it was implemented in the past (a long long time ago) and I even implemented some kind of “overlay” in a private branch for Wear but I didn’t have time to merge it in LLX (nor publish it for wear by the way). Maybe in the future but can’t say when…

I feel ya bro, there are bigger priorities for sure, was jus curious about it… But hey man I absolutely can’t complain lol LLX is still the absolute king..
