How does LL work with a work profile? My managed apps for work don’t show up in the app drawer, so I can’t add them to the desktop.
No idea, I don’t have access to Android for Work (I don’t recall the new name) because I live in France.

Oh my! Just noticed the new feature! That would help so much on fine customizing my “icons”!
I decided to use icons font instead of raster icons, I think it should work a % faster, but don’t care – I can have icons with any shadow in a snap.
I use so called ‘Font Awesome’… someday I’ll make font for that by myself, thoose icons aint perfect IMO… someday
