Couple quick questions.

Couple quick questions.

First off has there been any thought in setting up horizontal scrolling for the app drawer instead of just vertical?

Secondly I was wondering if you have thought about implementing some of the transition effects that have been made via script in to LLX itself. Such as an option under “Current Desktop” to select a Desktop Transition. Applying a certain one would then make the On Position Change(or whatever it’s called that used for the scripts) to then no longer show up for that desktop. So basically it would be like applying it yourself but would make it very user friendly.

I need a file chooser for a script 😉

Pierre Hébert I tried your Compass script.

Pierre Hébert I tried your Compass script. It throws an android is not defined error. I think you should check the full qualified class names syntax, because I’ts not working for me at all.

I’ve created this function to simplify creating such lists.

I’ve created this function to simplify creating such lists.

Feel free to use it 😉

I use it already in MultiTool (picture) and AutoFormat scripts. It works fine for me.

And it’s scrollable.

I would like to set a “Name” for items.

I would like to set a “Name” for items. IDs are too dynamic, label is not always unique. Using tags is possible, but complicated. Would allow finding by script function i.e. GetItemByName.

Example: I have multiple shortcuts acting as checkboxes through icon-font based, so label is “x”=checked, “o”=unchecked. Currently use cell’s X/Y to determine item.

Toggle only Hidden/Visible in App Drawer

Toggle only Hidden/Visible in App Drawer

As requested by Efren Rivera

Nothing is impossible with scripts!

This is a bit hackish, make a backup before try.

It has to restart the launcher to work, so it may “flash” shortly.

Pierre Hébert is there an easier way to toggle hidden/visible in the app drawer? Or to cause an update/reload on the app drawer files?

Pleeaassee !

BIG PROBLEM!!!!!!

One of my desktop is completely buggy (after trying the grid settings), the desktop cannot be drawn, and every time it tries, LLX crash

So I can’t get to my normal desktop, because it always tries to draw the actual desktop -> LLX crash…

I tried action with tasker and scripting, but I cannot delete or reset the buggy desktop… Or move to another… So I sucks…

A solution would be, Pierre, to add an action in the Tasker plugin, to reset or remove a desktop : Without trying to draw it!!

I hope I’m (with you) going to find a solution without reseting the app data…. :(

I’ve been playing with Lightning Launcher (paid) for a week now, coming from the free, discontinued version.

I’ve been playing with Lightning Launcher (paid) for a week now, coming from the free, discontinued version. I miss the show only hidden apps command from the app drawer. Right now, it only has the option to show/hide apps, but once you show all apps, it’s kinda hard to figure out which was set as hidden. There was a similar request regarding this from last year, but not sure what has come of it. Any way to get that option available (or maybe it’s already there but I just missed it)?
