I am considering adding a new item type “Page indicator”. I avoided to do this for a long time and also there are great scripts that bring this feature to the launcher, but the truth is that this is nevertheless an important component and scripted indicators tend to slow down scrolling. On one hand scripts offer the best level of customization possible, on the other hand a builtin indicator will be much more efficient.
I plan to offer at least three or four styles: dots, minimap, raw x/y/scale values and horizontal/vertical bars.
So what’s your opinion on this ?

I think basic things such as page indicators should be included to allow for a quick setup or “draft”. If anyone wants more customization they still have the scripting option.
