Using a double-tap on an empty space to invoke the launcher menu and then choosing to Add an item will not always result in the item being added near the double tap location.
This usually happens while adding several items one after the other…

Copy and slightly modified this option (customize lightning/current desktop/layout/settings below apply to: {Port and land, port, land}) to (customize lightning/current desktop/wallpaper and background/Destkop wallpaper (LL wallpaper) for change the destkop wallpaper… and color.
For users who need different wallpapers (or colors) for portrait and landscape layouts…
so question for you that knows the inner workings of android. can LL be made to toggle like bluetooth. I’m generally interested in this to be used by zooper instead of tasker.

What I did with Lightning Launcher. The homescreen is all pinned, and the favorites bar slides in from the left. Swipe up from the Hangouts (which is my SMS app too) button and you get Google Now, swipe down and you get all apps.
