Hi, I found this launcher on /r/Androidthemes, (link…
It’s an incredible launcher, and I’m hoping someone can show/tell me how to emulate what this guy has done (see attached video). I’m not looking for someone to hold my hand and do it all for me – I’d prefer to learn something in the process.
Can anyone point me to some solid tutorials so I can get to grips with this? Bloody good launcher, but very confusing for someone like me who hasn’t used similar things before!

P.S The specific things I love, are the swiped widgets (that pop in from the edges) and also how when he clicks the word ‘social’, the icons at the bottom change to the corresponding icons. 🙂

Went ahead and made a blue one and a red one, with matching lockscreens. They are both included as desktops. Delete the one you don’t want. Nothing fancy but functionally minimal.

Description of the bug:
I have three desktops and I want to change them only by double click. It works, but desktop is changed even when I accidentally press the back button… Would be possible to fix that? In gestures, is possible to set function of menu button. This could be the way to solve it…

Often for a uniform look, I’ll set an image at the desktop level, though I think the same problem would exist with single icons too. This means there’s no method for me to select “None” as an image choice on an individual item on that desktop any longer.

Thank you so much for LL! I picked up eXtreme because the base version was just so functional I wanted to support development. I have a couple of feature requests [and I apologize if I haven’t figured out how to do them if they exist].
Pinning widgets for specific scrolls: Is it possible to have it so we can pin an app ONLY for for horizontal or vertical scrolling? Right now, if it’s pinned it’s pinned all the time. It would be nice if I could have a widget pinned in place if I use a vertical scroll, but it will slide over if I scroll horizontally.Â
Forward/Backwards positions and scrolling animations: I have no clue if this is even possible, but the sidebar animation in Flow for Reddit is incredibly well done [see video at bottom]. Is there someway we could set scroll animations and positions to allow sidebars to be underneath our content and revealed on a swipe rather than pulled in?
These are just a couple things in building one of my themes I thought would be awesome to have [and maybe I just don’t know and they’re possible right now].

Pierre HĂ©bert: I have a suggestion for an idea I’m thinking. But I need first to know the answer to this question:
How difficult will be to make a screenshot of a desktop? I think it’s not too difficult, because in the desktop chooser they are, maybe slow I suppose. (I you want it to refresh every time, like folders)
What I’m thinking is to put that screenshot as an item icon…imagine the possibilities.
Another suggestion will be also to share it…but this is something I saw time ago in some other launchers.
