Lollipop users, what selection effect do you prefer?
This is the best launcher i have used.
And the best thing is it is very light app.
I wish i know something about script so that i can make something unique.

Gestures! .. one of LLX’s many hidden gems.
I see the gesture-based interface as the next generation of interaction. No other android launcher that I know of can allow me to set up my desktop the way I have as shown in the picture (with one of LLX gesture menu screens shown on right)
I use gestures to launch all my most used apps from this desktop … no icons anywhere. Add the ability to user gestures to call scripts, folders etc and you can do almost anything.
LLX is like Aladdin’s Cave .. when you first enter it seems empty .. but as you start to explore you find all these hidden treasures.
]]>Pierre Hébert yesterday you said you ‘re not good at marketing, but with that pools you’ re doing the right thing…
But 1 thing you may consider : asking opinion in this community is important but guys over here know really well llx and may not represents other user’s launcher opinion. So you should ask opinion from people who don’t use llx. Maybe Corey Spell could help you with it’s g+ community. You just need to rewrite your question such as ‘in a launcher, is an indicator important for you?’ ‘do you prefer horizontal or vertical scrolling?’ …
Hope this help 🙂

Yet another poll, you have been warned, lol :-)
Some major launchers (but not all) replace the current system wallpaper with their own art upon installation.
As for myself I dislike that, but that’s rather logical to do that after all.
Since I am working on the default setup, I am thinking at setting a custom wallpaper too. This would be some kind of generated picture, probably with some gradient or something like that. The idea would be to match the app and default setup color scheme.
Lightning has the ability to use a “desktop” wallpaper, which would avoid changing the current system wallpaper, but unfortunately it has a performance penalty on some devices and furthermore it does not scroll, so I would prefer not to use this option.
Would you mind if Lightning set a custom wallpaper upon install ?
]]>I am considering adding a new item type “Page indicator”.
I plan to offer at least three or four styles: dots, minimap, raw x/y/scale values and horizontal/vertical bars.
So what’s your opinion on this ?
