How and when should I use method getLockScreen()(getAppDrawerScreen() too)?
I would like to access the LockScreen’s Customview using script. Is not getLockScreen() used for this purpose?

Hey everyone. I recently bought Lightning Launcher, and refunded it after I realized that, like all other launchers I’ve tried, it probably cannot pull me from Smart Launcher Pro 3. I’ve used Total Launcher, and was able to grasp it pretty easily, even made a bunch of sick setups with the pro version, but my phone is low-end (Alcatel Idol 3 from Cricket) and the visual performance and battery life was not where it needed to be. Therefore…
I feel like I’ve made a mistake by refunding Lightning Launcher. Would I be able to make something like Smart Launcher in Lightning?
I’m also an avid Tasker/AutoApps user, so the learning curve isn’t what’s turning me away. I also heard that Lightning Launcher has a lot of cool plugin actions and full integration with Tasker. Have I made a mistake?
I need help making this decision.
I cannot use the lock screen.
I cannot use the lock screen. When press unlock it reverts back to nova launcher for some reason. Maybe a bug? Most of the time it’s nova but sometimes it just opens another app. Running 4.4.4 kitkat
Bug: “back” key in panels does not scroll them back to home position.
Bug: “back” key in panels does not scroll them back to home position. Also found that when adding new widgets they have an annoying margin around. Can’t get rid of those, only workaround is to change margins to some negative value per item.
BTW: I still use LL, but had no time for over a year now to do something more complex. For personal use it’s just a simple screen with multiple panels for widgets.

I would like to know if it’s possible to use a script in LL to play a sound 🎵🎶🎵when tapping/launching an app icon? I’ve lost my default tap sounds. I’ve look at the list of scripts on LL wiki and haven’t found any. There also doesn’t seem to be anyone even discussing it online which I find supprising. It would be nice to be able to choose from a list of sounds for all or just individual apps and icons.
I’m no coder but I’ve been using LL for a long time and if someone out there could either point me in the right direction with a link or maybe even decide to write one for this purpose it would inspire me to begin learning how to use them.

Lately, since V14.0.1 (r2851) I’m having crashes.
Lately, since V14.0.1 (r2851) I’m having crashes. I’m tweaking Lutz Linke’s COMPANION template to my needs. Mostly changing zooper for KWGT to all widgets. But when I try to change now ligthning launcher crashes and reverts to stock LG launcher.
I don’t know if those are lightning or COMPANION template issues because by now I have both zooper and KWGT installed while changing from one to another.

The options of ‘Label position’ are not sufficient. How to get the text at bottom left? This icon label needs more options and customization.
Hello, I am using V14 now.

after the upgrade to v.14.x I have a problem with closing folders. I have set auto closing. When I start an app the folder starts closing but gets stuck. After the application is closed the folder is finaly closed, too.
There’s also a problem with hidden folder. It randomly appears especially when I connect/unconnect magnetic charger cable, stop some applications or going to LL settings.
I have Xperia Z1C with LP 5.1.1.
