A kind of external question on llx app:
What’s the exact name of the package?
I have made an adb backup via the unified android toolkit, with the intention of restoring everything after rooting my nexus 5.
The restoring process failed somehow, for some apps. LLX is one of those (even if I was sure I saw its name on the initial list), meaning that the app was not even reinstalled, consequently losing app data.
I want now to check if the actual package is still in the backup file, which name should I search for?
Hoping that the very backup did not fail exactly with the app I regarded the most important :/

I just updated to the last version of llx, with all its mighty new features, but I have a minor problem.
I had found an easy solution to expand the notification tray with a single finger swipe down on an empty pinned panel (see picture).
I used this way since I needed ‘normal’ swipe in home screen to expand the panel below.
So when I updated I went to the ‘events & actions’ submenu for the panel, enabled single swipe down for tray expansion, but it does not work anymore.
It did, on rare occasions, but with a lot of inconsistency.
All the other triggers taps, double swipes work perfectly.
Am I the only one having troubles with single finger swipe events?
]]>I thought about having the possibility to lock the swipe gestures in rotating items when the desktop is locked to…
It would help keeping a fixed layout for both modes (when there is no need to change it), without the need to reorganise them in the design phase; it would also take full advantage of the new rotating feature, saving a lot of time.
]]>I have almost completed my desktop setup as of now, I have a couple of questions.
1- Which is the best way to make the actual desktop (locked in portrait) landscape-friendly?
1-1- let’s say I wanted to keep all the panels (actually sidebars) in the same place, with the icons rotating, can I do it?
1-2- if instead I wanted to rotate the panels, can I set a different grid size and config (of the panels) for landscape only?
2- Which is the best way to handle wallpapers?
As of now I did not find an option to automatically stretch it to the desktop size. The only way is putting the pixel size of the screen. It could be fine enough, BUT:
2-1- having panel sidebars implies a shift of the image to the left, making it hard to center it in the middle (I could use some live wallpaper of sort, but I don’t know any, suggestions?)
2-2- if I wanted to make the wallpaper scrollable I would have to make the right pixel count for it not to get cropped (=annoying), any workaround?
Sorry for the long post, just trying to pull the last bits together.
]]>Hi there, new user here.
I was trying to make some sidebars on my desktop, following the tutorials here, I encountered a small issue.
When using a panel with stop points as in picture 1, if I swipe once I get the wanted result (pic 2), BUT, if I swipe again to the left I get a few additional pixels (pic 3).
I can detach the panel from grid and move it to the left, correcting the size to maintain the icons centred, but it doesn’t seem an elegant solution, and I’m wondering if I’m missing something.
