Is there any way to get the Icons from Folders and Sidebars properly in Lightning Launcher?
Is there any way to get the Icons from Folders and Sidebars properly in Lightning Launcher? Always getting this strange background effects? And whatever I do I find no way to get rid of them?
And is there any way to properly set an Icon Pack Sytemwide? It is quite a pain to have to set it countless Times, for every folder, dock, app drawer and desktop.
Any Idea for that problems?
One question again for the use of LL.
I want to make something like Panel hiding somewhere, with some Icons and only make it appear if I swipe over an Icon in the Dock.
I read about floating desktops somewhere. Is there any Tutorial you can recommend with this? Or something about the Usage from Panels?
I cannot get something like that to work even with trying a few hours and since there isn’t much help on Google in Regards of Lightning Launcher, I thought to ask here.
Any help would be gladly appreciated.

I use Lightning Launcher for quite some time now, switched from Nova around 4 Months ago. But I can barely do anything with it. I got a pretty simple Design with Screens and Sidebars myself. Just right now Lightning is just frustrating right now when I see so many cool screens and my basic one looks so bad compared.
Has anyone any tips about how to get more into the features of Nova or any good and real Tutorial site? The original Lightning Site is quite dissappointing in that direction, since there is not really anything there and even youtube does have nothing.
I would be really grateful if anyone has some tips or at least a good tutorial site. Since I really want to get more into Lightning and finally get myself at least a decent screen.

I have another problem I cannot get rid off somehow. I use widgets with touch options. Like a Newsfeed, and when I touch the text it should directly open the website on this news for further reading. This works fine with my old launcher.
Also the touch option on the widget to open a specific app does not work like intended.
I made a video, where you can see. It takes quite a long time to get the touch registered at this part of the screen. You can see this annoying water touch effect, don’t know how to describe it otherwise.
I am quite sure that this is interfering with my widget touch gestures.
Anyone can give me a clue about blocking this bug? I already locked the desktop to see if that would work, but it does not. Please?

Hello,
I am finally getting a bit used to using lightning. And have at least a decent usable Homescreen for now. I love the feature of having homescreens in different positions than other launchers.
But I have another Problem now. I saw in the menu an option to set wallpapers with a fixed position and width and let it differ per desktop. This does not work for me.
When I klick on this option I see only the icons of my icon packs, but not the wallpapers included. And when i try to klick on the recent pictures and klick on the pic there nothing happens. I tried doubleklick, long press and so on. I only see this screen.
Can anyone please point out what am I doing wrong? Or is it a problem with lightning and gets fixed soon?
Why is lightning working so badly with icon packs? Just found that I even cannot change a single Icon. I get the same image as before, where I cannot set anything. Please help. What am I doing wrong?
Need this fixed quickly. Without a simple feature like that the launcher is about useless. Since I need Icon Pack support.

Hello,
I’m new to this community and Lightning Launcher. I take a good look at the settings for now and got a simple Homescreen. I found a little problem with this launcher while using Icon Packs. When I add an Icon to the Desktop the Icons get blue surroundings. And when I copy that Icon it looks normal again.
And I have a little Trouble to get the lables to dissappear. I read the global shoulb be set without selecting an icon. But when I don’t select an icon the menu does not appear…
Can someone help me?
