Hi guys! Is there any reason why I can’t change the size of icons through ‘Current Desktop / Items’ anymore?
Have I missed something?
]]>So, my HTC One finally updated to 4.4.2 last night but, for some reason, my ‘phone’ app (ie.
Works if I switch to Sense or another launcher though :-/
It just comes up with the message ‘there’s no app installed, choose one or go to Google Play’. Try choosing ‘phone’ and nothing happens.
Any ideas?
]]>Quick panels question for all you clever folk…
I have a single desktop with swipes to access different screens. You know, standard stuff. If, for example, I swipe down to access a screen that has a full screen panel (or atleast a large full width panel) is there any way I can then swipe back up again to get to the previous screen?
I thought that disabling vertical swipes in the panel itself may do this and the desktop gestures would overwrite it but that’s not the case.
Ideally I want a scenario where I can swipe up/down through screens and move left/right through the panels. Is this possible or is there any work around? I know I can do it using desktop bookmarks but was looking for something different.
Also, swiping away an open folder would be handy! I know you can set it at desktop level to ‘close all folders’ but being able to set a gesture per folder would be cool 🙂
Admittedly I could have stuck that last bit in as a Feature Request.
Just to note that I’m in no way addicted to swiping! I’m just constantly making desktops, deleting them and starting again with different approaches 🙂
]]>Sorry, another question (I’ll get the hang of it one day!).
When dealing with multiple folders, they open up over the top of each other. I can’t work out how, when one folder is open and I hit another on the desktop, it closes the first and opens the second.
I’ve tried all the on tap rules such as ‘close topmost folder’ but that simply disables the folder altogether. What am I doing wrong?
]]>Hi all! I have a couple of questions regarding multiple desktops…
1) I currently have 5 desktops set up, 1 for work, 1 for home apps etc and have set the animation between them as ‘slide up/down’. If I’m on screen 1 and choose either 2, 3 or 4 the screen slides down and brings in the next from the top. If, however, I select screen 5 the animation is reversed (slides up). I spent ages looking at the settings to work out why then discovered that if I add a sixth desktop then that animation is reversed and screen 5’s reverts to normal. It seems that this happens with the last desktop in the chain. Am I missing something or is it a bug? :-\
2) Following on from the above, is it possible to change the direction of the animation of separate desktops? For example, one would slide in from the left, another from the top?
Cheers! 🙂
]]>Hi guys!
I have a question regarding panels (apologies if this has been covered before!). Is there any way of running an app inside a panel (chrome or g+ for example)? If so, is there also a way to run Google Now in a panel, essentially emulating KitKat where a swipe left brings up Google Now without actually leaving your home screen.
